Thumann has been an excellent agency to work with. On the 2 occasions that I had to file an auto claim, they were very good, as well as patient when directing me to the right contact person with the insurance company assigned to me.
When I initially contacted them for pricing info. for our 3 rental properties, as well as our own property & then an auto policy, they saved me over a $1,000/yr. in premiums. The other thing that stood out about Thumann agency is that while reviewing the current policies I had, they discovered we needed to have an umbrella policy as well. I feel like they really took a personal interest in making sure that we would be coverered in the event of a catastrophic event.
When our 16 yr. old twins got their driver's licenses, Steve took time to sit down face-to-face with them to go over the items of interest that most kids don't even consider when they get their licenses. It was nice to have someone outside the family, make an impact on the privilege it is to be driving & some of the consequences that can happen as a result of poor decisions, etc.
Anytime I've emailed Deliz or Steve, I receive a reply or a phone call very quickly. Customer service is outstanding!

Before switching to Thumann, I paid insurance premiums to a well known insurance company that provided typical service. By typical service, I mean my checking account was debited for monthly premiums and I never received any calls regarding new savings opportunities or just a simple review of my current insurance needs.
I was very apprehensive about changing insurance companies because things seemed to be ok and I had only one bad experience with a claim for property damage. After speaking with an agent from Thumann, I was very impressed with what they had to offer.
